Loretta Lilly receives a Certificate of Appreciation from Central Precinct Commander Dale Buchanan (on right) and Central Precinct Deputy Commander Jamie Debari for her work on this year's Ticket Audit.

While working on this year's Ticket Audit, Loretta (working with the Highway Department) created and implemented new procedures to ensure  faster and easier ticket audits in the future.
